Absolutely no parties anywhere in the home or on the premises. Violation fines may exceed $5,000 per occurrence; immediate notice to vacate may be served for party, noise, or police complaints. Fines levied against the landlord by police or the city related to tenant conduct may be billed to the guest; the entire security deposit may be forfeited. Noise violations may incur city fines up to $5,000, deducted from the deposit.
Guests must provide photo ID at check-in. The guest who books must be the person checking in.
No smoking inside the house — $1,000 fine per occurrence from the security deposit. No outside music or DJ equipment; breaking this rule may mean immediate removal and loss of deposit.
Drive slowly and cautiously in the neighborhood — no revving or speeding.
