FAQ
What's included with every tour?+
Every tour includes DOT-approved helmets, safety goggles, a trained guide, on-site safety training, and free action photos you can download after your ride.
Do I need experience to ride?+
Nope. Riders of all experience levels are welcome. Your guide walks you through the controls, safety basics, and the trail before you set off.
What should I wear?+
Closed-toe shoes are recommended for the best grip and protection, but sandals are allowed.
What time should I arrive?+
Arrive 45 minutes before your tour start time. This gives us room for check-in, waivers, gear fitting, and a full safety briefing before you ride.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Cancel 5+ days in advance for a full refund. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your tour. Within 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable but we'll do our best to move your booking.
Is there a weight limit?+
Our ATVs support up to 400 lbs per machine. Our UTVs support up to 2,000 lbs total across all seats. If you have questions about fit, give us a call before booking.
Do you offer night tours?+
Yes. Our Night Glow Tours run after sunset with neon-lit ATVs, glow gear, and pro night photos. Tours run as late as 1 AM, 7 nights a week.
